Sunday Sweetness: Sunny days & sudden showers...

Spring is definitely on it's way! Yippee! We had a wonderfully sunny day yesterday and, as I'm typing this, it's raining... Happiness!

 

Now I'm supposed to be doing work... So, natuarally I'm in bed on the internet. Almost "holiday"!

Wednesday Wishlist #2

06 September 2012: I know its a day late! I had a HUGE test yesterday and another this morning, so forgive me! But, nonetheless, these are the beautiful things I want!!!

A Big Ideas notepad!! I saw them at Typo. I fell in love with that store. I want to LIVE in that store. They are now open in Cavendish Square & Canal Walk. Somebody take me NOW.

I LOVE OBAMA! I want this. It's ADORBS!

SHOES.SHOES.SHOES. I want loads of shoes all the time! But I am in need of pumps! I love these pumps from Mr Price. Spring is coming... Almost time to get my feet breathing!

I'm not gonna lie, I'm a wannabe hipster, like I tweeted, if I were richer & skinnier, I'd totes be a hipster... Except I'm not that weird "ironic" kinda hipster... I think... I love instagram & these stache things. Esp, these necklaces...

Speaking of hipster... I die when I think about how much I want this. You have NO IDEA! A DIANA MINI with the world map printed on it?? "The world in square format" *weeps*

 

Pretty red blouse. Sigh.

Sunday Sweetness #3

Wow... So much sweetness in my life right now... Let's try and get it all covered as quickly as possible...

#1: I get to use the # in this post. I LOVE the # sign and I LOVE using it.

#2: I got my Diana sorted and fixed! Expect pictures SOON! I started taking pics as soon as I left the shop! Next up, it to buy a camera for my sweet Diana Mini.

#3: MATIESMATIESMATIESMATIES!! I am a proud MATIE! For all those reading this from out of the country, Matie is the nickname for anybody who attends my university. Firstly, our choir (which I'm a proud member) are two time world champions! Then we have some superstar altheles winning medals in the Paralympics. What utter LEGENDS. And..... For the 2012 National Kleinser Competition, Maties reaped almost ALL the awards and obviously are now reigning champs! If that's not enough, it's not only a double Matie win (boys & girls), it's a double Hippokrates win!!! I'm so proud of all my friends that made this happen for themselves. They worked hard and derserved it! Much love guys!!

#4: Best for last... Tomorrow is my 3 year anniversary! Happiness!! Wesley and I have been dating for 3 years! I can't wait to give him the present I've gotten him... I won't say what it is in case he actually reads this :P Love you to the MAX!

So.... All in all life is sweet. :)

I need to go study antibiotics now. Got my determined face on.

SPRING!!!!!!

Spring is COMING!!!
I am an adamant believer that spring does not come till late September. This year the spring equinox comes on the 22nd to be precise (well, as precise as I can be with Wikipedia as a reference).

Don't get me wrong, I love winter. A lot. But this year, I CANNOT wait for spring. I need some newness and I feel we can all agree that spring brings a fresh new perspective...

Things I can't wait for:

Cardigans are enough to keep me warm again!! I love cardi's... They're my favourite fashion item.

Floral prints. I will never get enough...

"Spring break"... A mid-semester break is what I need right now...

Later sunsets....

Trees budding. Especially in Stellenbosch where the trees are a plenty!
